Mastering Requirements (digital / hybrid Stereo File)

To Ensure the Best Results for Your Track, Please Follow These Guidelines:

File Requirements:

Format: WAV (no MP3s)
Sample Rate: 44.1 / 48 kHz or higher
Bit Depth: 24-bit or 32-bit (no 16-bit)
Headroom: At least -6dB FS (no limiter/clipper on the master)
Loudness: Maintain good dynamics! Avoid excessive compression in the mix

Additional Notes:

Versions: If you need specific master versions (e.g., Radio Edit, Instrumental), please specify them separately.
References: Feel free to send a reference track for the desired sound direction, if applicable.
Preferences: Let me know if you have specific LUFS targets or other requests.

File Delivery:
Send your files via WeTransfer or Swisstransfer, and ensure they are clearly and correctly labeled.

Technical Requirements for Stem Mastering

In addition to the basic mastering requirements:

Mono/Stereo:

Export mono tracks (e.g., kick, bass) as mono files, all other elements in stereo.

Stem Preparation for Mixdown:

Group your stems into the following categories:
- Drums
- Bass
- Melodic Elements
- Effects
- Vocals
Effects:
- Time-based effects (e.g., reverb, delay) are optional.
- Avoid master bus effects like limiter, EQ, or compression.

File Organization:

Name each track clearly and consistently (e.g., TrackName_Kick.wav).
Organize files by category (e.g., group all drums together).

What Genres Do You Master?
